Your account
You are a person with an email address. You sign in with a one-time code. Your account has a private vault that only you can see, and a personal docs address for emailing files to yourself. You can belong to an organization, take part in Shared Spaces, or both.Organization
An organization, called a workspace during sign-up, is your office. It has members who are either Admins or Members, a shared organization vault, an agent inbox, and its own skills, guidance, billing and policies. See Roles and permissions.Projects
A project gathers everything about one piece of business, such as a transaction, a client or a development: its vault, its conversations with the agent, and its matters. A project is either open to the whole organization or private to the people you add. Everything inside inherits that access. Working inside a project also tells the agent where to look and where to file, which is why it is worth creating one even for a small job.Vaults
A vault is a store of documents, with folders and versions. There are three kinds: private, organization and project. Whatever route a document arrives by, whether upload, email, a synced drive or Word, it is encrypted, scanned, versioned and indexed for search. See The Vault.The agent
The agent is an AI colleague that works as you. It can reach what you can reach, and nothing more. It reads and searches your vaults, drafts and edits documents, runs matters, handles email and uses the web. It runs in the cloud, so work continues when you close your laptop. A conversation is one thread of work with the agent. It can be private to you or shared within a project. Matters and inbox conversations each have an agent thread of their own.Matters
A matter is a unit of work with a status, a priority, an assignee and a due date. You can assign a matter to the agent. It works, reports on the matter’s timeline, asks questions when it needs a decision, and hands the matter back for review. Templates give each kind of matter a consistent structure.Inbox
Your organization’s agent has an email address. Mail that is forwarded or copied to it becomes a conversation in the Inbox. The agent files attachments, drafts replies and opens matters. Nothing is sent to anyone outside your organization until a person approves it. Mail from unknown senders is held for a person. See Inbox.Workflows
A workflow is a fixed, multi-step procedure with checks built in. There are two. Populate fills a template from your documents. Anonymize turns a document into a template.Shared Spaces
A Shared Space is a room for one transaction, shared with the other parties: buyers, sellers, their lawyers, the notary, the bank. It has a document checklist with owners, reviewers and per-document access, a Summary of agreed facts with citations, Appointments with voting, and share links for people who need no account. A client emails
The mail reaches the agent’s inbox. The agent files the attachments in the project vault, opens a matter from a template, and drafts a reply for your approval.

You delegate
You assign the matter to the agent. It reads the vault, runs Populate on your deed template, and asks you about two values where the sources conflict.

You review
You check the values, open the draft in Word, and review the agent’s tracked changes with the add-in.

You involve the other side
You create a Shared Space, invite the parties, and send the seller a share link to upload two documents and answer three questions.

Everyone sees progress
You share the matter into the space. The other parties follow its progress without seeing your internal work.
