Questions
When the agent needs a decision, it asks. A single request can carry one to five questions. Each question can offer two to six suggested answers, some allowing several choices, and you can always type your own. What happens next depends on where the question is asked.- In a conversation with you
- On a matter or an email conversation
- Fully unattended
The turn pauses. The questions appear in the conversation. Answer them and the agent continues from where it stopped, in the same turn.
The cards you will see
What the agent did
After a turn, the conversation shows what was touched: documents, files, folders, matters, skills, Shared Spaces and projects, each with the action taken (Edited, Renamed, Moved, Copied, Filed or Deleted) and an Open button. If a turn touched many things, the first few are shown with “+N more”. This is the quickest way to review a turn. Open each item and check it.Tips
- Answer with reasons. “Use the 2023 valuation, because the 2024 one was disputed” helps the agent with the next decision too.
- Decline is not failure. Declining an action tells the agent that path is closed. It will propose another, or ask.
- Dismiss what is stale. An old draft or question that no longer matters should be dismissed, so that Needs Action reflects reality.
