Sources at a glance
One pipeline for everything
Whichever route a document takes, the same things happen to it:1
Stored and encrypted
It is stored in the right vault, in encrypted storage in the EU.
2
Scanned
It is scanned for malware before anyone can open it.
3
Versioned
It joins the document’s single version history, with its origin recorded: Uploaded, Synced from provider, Saved from Word, and so on.
4
Indexed
It is parsed and indexed so that it can be searched, usually within a few minutes.
What is not available
We prefer to be clear about what does not exist today:- Other document management systems. Google Drive, OneDrive and SharePoint are supported. Dropbox, Box, iManage and NetDocuments are not.
- Connecting a mailbox. Casa Conect does not read your Outlook or Gmail inbox. Mail reaches the agent when you forward it, copy the agent in, or let clients write to the agent directly.
- Legal databases. There is no built-in connection to legislation or case-law databases. The agent can look up public sources through web search, and you should verify anything legal that it finds.
- A public API or webhooks. There is no customer-facing API today. See API.
