Where you meet the agent
The agent page
A full-page conversation for longer pieces of work. Your conversations are listed in the sidebar, where you can pin, rename, archive and search them.
The agent rail
A panel you can open on any screen with Open agent. It knows what you are looking at, so “summarize this” means this document, this matter or this email.
Matters
Assign a matter to the agent and follow its progress on the matter’s timeline.
The Inbox
Forward or copy mail to the agent’s address. It files, drafts and asks for approval.
Microsoft Word
The same agent in a panel beside your document. Its edits land as Word tracked changes.
Shared Spaces
The agent can set up a space from a template and file documents into the right slots.
What it can do
The complete list is in Tools.
How you stay in control
It works with your access, not more
It works with your access, not more
The agent acts as you. It can see what you can see. Private projects stay private, and your personal vault is yours alone.
Edits are suggestions
Edits are suggestions
When the agent changes a document that already existed, the change arrives as a tracked change for you to accept or reject. In Word files these are native Word revisions.
Sensitive actions are checked
Sensitive actions are checked
Permission levels decide whether the agent asks before acting, has sensitive actions screened by a safety review, or runs freely.
Nothing leaves without a person

Replies and forwards to anyone outside your organization are always drafted for approval. Sharing outside the organization always asks first.
It asks when it is unsure
It asks when it is unsure
Rather than guess, the agent asks questions, with suggested answers where it can.
Outside content is treated as data
Outside content is treated as data
Text from emails and documents is information to read, never instructions to follow. See Agent safety.
Make it yours
Skills
Playbooks for work you repeat.
Guidance
Standing instructions for you and for your organization.
Models
Match the model to the work.
The agent is part of Casa Conect OS. If you see “The agent is part of Casa Conect OS”, your organization needs a subscription. See Plans and billing.
