- Matter context: an overview for the agent of this kind of matter and what a good outcome looks like.
- Sections: the headings the description should have. Each section has a title, instructions for the agent, and a kind, either Notes or Checklist.
Built-in templates
Casa Conect ships nine templates in three categories. They are read-only, so everyone starts from the same baseline.
To adapt one, choose Duplicate to my templates. The copy is yours to edit, and it starts as private.
Create your own
1
Open the template manager
From a matter, open Templates → All templates…, then choose New template.
2
Describe the matter
Give the template a name and an icon. In Matter context, explain what this kind of matter involves and what a good outcome looks like. Write it as you would brief a new colleague.
3
Add sections
Choose Add section for each heading. Give it a title, pick Notes or Checklist, and write instructions that say what belongs there. Reorder or remove sections as the template takes shape.
Who can see and edit a template
Only an organization admin can share a template with the organization.
Apply a template
Choose Apply template on a matter and confirm. The confirmation reminds you that “The description is rewritten into the template’s sections.” Applying a template runs in the background, so you can keep working. The agent reads the current description, the template and your organization’s matter-planning skill, then rewrites the description into the template’s sections. It keeps what you had written and places it where it belongs. While it runs you see “Applying…” on the matter. Only one template can be applied to a matter at a time. The description was edited while the template was being applied
The description was edited while the template was being applied
Someone changed the description during the run. To avoid overwriting their work, nothing was written. Apply the template again.
Applying the template took too long
Applying the template took too long
The run has a time limit. Very long descriptions can exceed it. Choose Retry. If it fails again, shorten the description or contact support.
Can I apply a template twice?
Can I apply a template twice?
Yes. Apply again restructures the current description, which is useful after a lot of free-form notes have accumulated.
