Finding a date that suits a buyer, a seller, two lawyers and a notary usually takes a dozen emails. The Appointments tab replaces them with a vote.

Propose an appointment

1

Create it

Give it a name, such as Property inspection or Final signing, and optionally a description and a location. Names and descriptions are translated automatically for participants who use the other language.
2

Propose times

Add as many time slots as you like.
3

Choose participants

Pick the members of the space who need to attend.
The appointment appears under Currently being determined.

Vote

Each participant answers for each proposed time: Yes, Maybe or I can’t. The table of votes shows everyone’s answers side by side, so the best slot is easy to spot.
  • A member can vote on behalf of another participant, which is useful when a client tells you their availability by phone. The vote is marked Voted by with your name, so it is clear who entered it.
  • Someone without an account can vote through a share link.

Confirm

When a time works, confirm it. The appointment moves to Upcoming, and afterwards to Past.
