# Plans and billing

> What is free, what Casa Conect OS adds, how to get access, and how to manage payment details and invoices.

Casa Conect has a free tier and one paid product, **Casa Conect OS**. AI usage is paid for separately with prepaid [AI credits](/admin/ai-credits).

Casa Conect OS is a subscription **per organization**, billed monthly in euros, with tax calculated automatically from your billing address.

## Get access

Casa Conect OS is enabled for one organization at a time.

    From the home screen, choose **Request access** on the Casa Conect OS card and tell us a little about your team. *Your Casa Conect contact replies by email.*

  <Step title="Register a card">
    Once your organization is enabled, anyone opening an OS feature sees *"Your organization is ready for Casa Conect OS. Register a card once and this page opens for everyone in your workspace."* An admin chooses **Set up Casa Conect OS** and registers a card through our payment provider.

  <Step title="Start working">
    Access opens for the whole organization as soon as the card is registered. Your plan then shows *"Card registered on … Your Casa Conect contact is activating your plan; your price will appear here."* until your plan is activated.

## Plan status

**Settings → Access & billing** shows where you stand.

| **Card registered** | A card is on file and your plan is being activated              | Full                                                         |

| **Trial**           | A trial period agreed with Casa Conect                          | Full                                                         |
| **Complimentary**   | Access granted without charge                                   | Full                                                         |
| **Payment overdue** | The last payment failed. Our payment provider retries the card. | **Full, while retries continue.** Update your card promptly. |
| **Ended**           | The subscription has ended                                      | Free features only. Your data is kept.                       |

When access lapses, members who open an OS feature see a message pointing to **Settings → Access & billing**. Nothing is deleted. Subscribing again restores access to everything.

## Manage billing

Only organization admins can change the plan and payment details. Members can view the page.

Choose **Manage billing** to open the secure billing portal, run by our payment provider, **Stripe**. There you can:

* update your card
* download invoices and receipts
* update your billing address and tax ID
* cancel the subscription

Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach Casa Conect's servers. To change to a different plan, choose **Request a new plan**.
